Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower: Cut cauliflower into evenly sized florets.
  2. Make the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each floret into the batter, ensuring full coverage. Shake off excess batter.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 minutes. Spray the basket with cooking spray.
  5. Air Fry the Cauliflower: Arrange florets in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Prepare Buffalo Sauce: Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
  7. Toss the Cauliflower: Coat the cooked cauliflower evenly with the sauce.
  8. Serve: Enjoy immediately with ranch or blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
