  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 810 slices of bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and green onions until well combined.
  3. Lay each chicken breast flat and carefully cut a slit on one side to create a pocket. Season the chicken inside and out with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Wrap 2–3 slices of bacon around each stuffed chicken breast, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy. For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes if desired.
