- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes: 1/2 cup, chopped
- Heavy Cream: 1/2 cup
- Chicken Broth: 1/2 cup
- Parmesan Cheese: 1/4 cup, grated
- Fresh Basil: 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Italian Seasoning: 1 teaspoon
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
- Fettuccine or Pasta of Choice: 8 oz (225g)

Instructions
- Prepare Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Lobster: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add lobster chunks and cook for 2–3 minutes, until just cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Make the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
